For over 30 years, Manhattan Beach has impacted virtually every aspect of our community thanks to the generous, active Sponsors, donors, volunteers, and Alumni. Through the process of connecting principled leaders from the public, private, government, and nonprofit sector, Leadership Manhattan Beach (LMB) has made a lasting impact on the people, organizations, and the community of Manhattan Beach. We are planting the seeds of our future community leaders.

LMB is a 501c(3) non-profit and offers a comprehensive 9-month leadership program to educate and develop future community leaders. LMB has experience working with our city departments and enabling primary access to Manhattan Beach departments and city executives. Techniques learned in LMB training are put to immediate use in the real world.

Our class enrollment fees provide only a portion of our basic budget. We depend on additional support from many sources to fulfill the cost of delivering our class, evolving our communication, materials, practices, and recruiting. To help fund our continuing effort we invite you to support LMB.

Your gift to LMB ensures that we can continue to support our leadership principles, activate our community, and help to connect everyone to make Manhattan Beach stronger. With support like yours, we have a bright future.

LMB recognizes each donor gifting $500 or more as a sponsor with the benefits in the table below.
